Exchanges, Refund and Cancellations

Under applicable legislation, Mariana Morais Skincare guarantees the customer's right of withdrawal, exchange, or return of purchased products, provided that the products have not been opened, used, or damaged by the customer and are returned in the same condition, presentation, and packaging as when delivered.

To request an exchange, return, or cancellation, the customer must select the "Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations" option available in the footer of the online store.

The customer will then be redirected to their customer account, where they can access their orders. Within each order, they should:

  • Click the "Cancel" button if the order has not yet been processed;

  • Click the "Return/Exchange" button if the order has already been processed and shipped.

Return requests must be submitted within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns for reasons not attributable to Mariana Morais Skincare are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

In the event of a return due to a defective product or any other non-conformity attributable to Mariana Morais Skincare, all return shipping costs will be borne by the brand.

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase or, where applicable, by another method agreed upon with the customer. For payments made via Multibanco reference, the customer may be required to provide an IBAN for the refund to be processed by bank transfer.

All exchanges and returns are subject to validation by Mariana Morais Skincare and will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

a) The product(s) show no signs of use, opening, or improper handling;

b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics, packaging, and any seals or labels intact;

c) The product(s) are returned complete and accompanied by all materials originally included with the order.

Whenever a return is based on a defect or non-conformity, the customer must provide evidence supporting the claim, including photographs or any other relevant documentation.
